My name is Taylor Osborne. I am a Junior at Appalachian State University and am working on getting my Bachelors of Science in History with a concentration in Public and Applied History and have plans to obtain a Master Degree in History with a goal to eventually obtain a PhD in the American Revolution. After College. I plan to become a Historical Interpreter or Teach College Level History and become an American Revolutionary War Historian. Currently I am a member of the 6th North Carolina Regiment of the Continental Line Reenactment Unit and serve as their Co Recruiting Officer, a member of the Yadkin Valley Chapter of the Sons of the American Revolution, and a member of the Wilkes Surry Chapter of the Overmountain Victory Trail Associations. I enjoy helping the public learn about the American Revolution through my public and school presentations. My Ultimate goal is to tell the forgotten stories of the American Revolution so the legacy of those who fought and died to gain American Independence from Great Britain can live on.
